1) Price List
All prices listed are in GBP. All items are subject to availability at the time of ordering. 2) Shipping Orders for delivery to UK mainland will be charged an additional GBP £4.95 delivery charge. Deliveries outside UK mainland and other heavier items may incur an additional delivery charge. We reserve the right to increase this cost for unusually heavy items. We will inform you prior to processing your order if this will be the case. Delivery cost to countries outside the UK is calculated on weight and size of the package, please expect to be contacted after ordering and asked for further payment to cover this cost. 3) Shortages Claims for shortages/damages must be advised within 2 working days of delivery being received. Damaged deliveries should be noted when signing for receipt of goods. 4) Returns All returns must be authorised prior to despatch to us All goods purchased are subject to a 7 day 'cooling off' period in accordance with distance selling regulations, items returned through 'unsuitability' or 'consumer error' within this 7 day period will be refunded in full minus the postage cost. In these cases the consumer is obligated to return the item(s) in question to www.fu-kit.com at their own cost.
All items returned under the distance selling regulations or sale of goods act where the item is faulty, misdescribed or down to error on behalf of www.fu-kit.com will recieve a full refund for price of item plus postage. In these cases consumers are obligated to return the item(s) in question at their own 'reasonable' cost and will recieve a full refund from www.fu-kit.com after inspection of goods.
5) Risk / Title Risk of goods sold passes to the buyer on delivery however title / beneficial ownership shall remain with fu-kit.com until full, cleared payment has been received. In the event of resale prior to full payment being received our beneficial entitlement shall attach to the proceeds of the resale. 6) Guarantees All goods sold as classed as 'surplus goods' and are usually pre-used, no guarantee / warranty is given or implied with regard to any specific item. |
