great jacket

good quality jacket totally water proof
had an initial problem with the jacket i ordered but it was quickly and efficiently sorted

in my opinion a company rises or falls on its after sales when there is a problem

in this fu-kit excels on all levels

Really greatjacket

For the money this is a great jacket. I've had a North Face for years that's finally given up the ghost and couldn't afford much. This is a perfect compromise great quality, lined, warm.
My one picky comment is that the hood doesn't have a storm flap to cover the neck but hardly a massive drama. All in all a great buy.
